MUTUAL FUNDS AND VARIABLE ANNUITIES

Please carefully consider the fund's investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses before investing. For this and other information, call or write to Fidelity for a free prospectus. Read it carefully before you invest or send money.

An investment in a money market fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Although a money market fund seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in the fund.

Variable annuity values will fluctuate and you may have a gain or loss when money is withdrawn. Taxable amounts withdrawn prior to age 59 ½ may be subject to a 10% IRS penalty tax.
