NATIONAL FINANCIAL EXPANDS BROKER/DEALER SALES TEAM

BOSTON, June 29, 2004 - National Financial, a Fidelity Investments company, today announced that it has expanded its correspondent clearing sales team with the appointments of David R. Wisneski and Joseph Foley as vice presidents.

With these appointments, National Financial now has a team of 58 professionals serving nearly 300 broker/dealer clients across the country from five regional offices-New York City, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, and San Francisco.

In their new positions, Wisneski and Foley are responsible for expanding National Financial's market coverage and developing the company's clearing business in the Midwest region. They both are based in National Financial's Chicago office.

Keith, executive vice president and national sales manager. "Their experience in the broker/dealer marketplace and extensive sales skills will help us continue to provide the highest levels of service to our clients."

Prior to joining National Financial, Wisneski served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for The Rock Island Company, responsible for increasing order flow amongst specialists, index trading and brokerage units. From 1998 to 2000, he was vice president of sales clearing services for Weiss, Peck & Greer. Prior to this, Wisneski was regional vice president for Fidelity's Investment Advisor Group from where he provided client service to registered investment advisors within the Midwest region. Wisneski also held sales positions at The Chicago Stock Exchange and Everen Clearing. He holds a Series 7 NASD license.

Prior to his appointment, Foley served as vice president of institutional product sales in Fidelity Capital Markets division where he was responsible for growing the firm's agency trading business. His experience in Fidelity Capital Markets also includes managing the intermediary block trading desk and overseeing execution of listed equity and option order flow of internal business partners. Before joining Fidelity, Foley held trading positions with Garban Brokerage, Sanwa Securities and Lehman Brothers. Foley holds Series 4, 7, 8, 24, 55 and 63 NASD licenses.
